1. Who we are

ZYLOS is an AI fashion stylist web app operated by the ZYLOS team. Contact for privacy questions: support via the app or your deployment contact.

2. Data we collect

We may collect: (a) photos you upload for style analysis; (b) account info if you sign in (email, display name, Firebase user ID); (c) style profile preferences you enter; (d) usage data such as scan counts and token balance; (e) approximate country / shopping region (from IP or your selection) to show relevant shop links later; (f) technical data (device type, app version) through standard hosting logs.

3. How we use your data

Photos and profile data are used to generate outfit suggestions and AI images via Google Gemini API. If you sign in, your profile and saved looks may sync to Firebase cloud storage. We do not sell your personal data.

4. AI processing

Your images are sent to Google AI services for analysis and image generation. Google processes data under their terms and privacy policy. Generated outfit images are for inspiration — they may not match real products.

5. Storage & retention

Local data (looks, cart, settings) is stored in your browser. Cloud data is stored in Firebase while your account is active. You can clear local data in Settings. Request account deletion by contacting us.

6. Payments

Purchases of Vision Token packs are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your card details. Lemon Squeezy handles payment data under their own privacy policy.

7. Affiliate links

When you tap shop links, you leave ZYLOS for external retailer websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies. We may receive affiliate commissions without receiving your payment details.

8. Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage for app state, tokens, and preferences. Firebase Auth may use cookies or similar technologies. No third-party advertising cookies are used at this time.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location (including GDPR for EU users), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

10. Children

ZYLOS is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy. The effective date will be shown at the top of this page.
